Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Revenue Growth
- Develop and execute marketing and business development strategies to drive growth in RTA services, IPO mandates, rights issues, buybacks, open offers, delisting, and other capital market transactions.
- Identify and acquire new corporate clients, listed companies, SMEs, start ups, and Unlisted Private limited companies.
- Generate business opportunities from merchant bankers, investment bankers, law firms, private equity funds, and corporate advisors.
- Achieve revenue and profitability targets through strategic client acquisitions and account management.

IPO & Transaction Marketing
- Promote IPO-related services including registrar activities for Main Board, SME IPOs, Rights Issues, QIPs, Preferential Issues, and Debt Offerings.
- Build relationships with merchant bankers, stock exchanges, depositories, and regulatory stakeholders.
- Support transaction execution teams during public issues and corporate actions.
- Participate in roadshows, investor awareness programs, industry conferences, and capital market events.





Client Relationship Management
- Establish and maintain solid relationships with promoters, CFOs, Company Secretaries, compliance officers, and board members.
- Serve as a trusted advisor on shareholder servicing, compliance requirements, and transaction execution.
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
- Drive cross-selling opportunities across RTA and transaction-related services.

Strategic Marketing
- Develop market penetration strategies for listed and unlisted companies.
- Monitor industry trends, regulatory developments, and competitive activities.
- Enhance brand visibility within the capital market ecosystem.
- Prepare marketing presentations, proposals, and business pitches for prospective clients.
- Prepare for a road map for AIF and Mutual Fund servicing

Financial & Commercial Management
- Prepare business forecasts, revenue projections, and sales pipelines
