8–13 years of experience in cybersecurity operations, security service delivery, program management, or risk management, preferably within the financial services industry.

Strong understanding of GSOC operations, including log ingestion, SIEM operations, security use-case development, threat detection, and incident response processes.

Proven ability to lead strategic planning, program execution, and executive-level reporting.

Working knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks and methodologies, including Cyber Kill ChainandMITRE ATT&CK.;

Robust creative problem-solving and analytical capabilities, with the ability to address complex operational challenges.

Experience developing trends, metrics, dashboards, and management reports to support informed decision-making.

Skilled in preparing executive briefing materials, coordinating operational logistics, and facilitating collaboration across global, cross-functional teams.

Demonstrated ability to improve operational efficiency through technology adoption, automation, and process innovation.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex cybersecurity topics to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
