Job Description:

Front-End SME (Subject Matter Expert) in AEM (~25-30%)

Desired Qualifications:

Bachelor's or masters degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Certifications: Relevant certifications in AEM or front-end development (e.g., Adobe Certified Expert - AEM Developer).

Skills Must Haves
- Extensive experience: Typically 8+ years in front-end development.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading teams and mentoring junior developers.
- Hands-on-experience with object-oriented JavaScript, HTML and CSS
- Valuable working experience on web service integration (SOAP, REST API etc.)
- Experience on website performance testing and monitoring
- AEM Expertise: Deep understanding of AEM architecture and components.
- Frameworks: Expertise in React, Angular,



or Vue.js.
- UI/UX Design: Proficiency with design tools like Figma.
- Performance Optimization: Techniques for improving page load times and overall performance.
- Cross-Browser Compatibility: Ensuring consistent user experience across different browsers.
- Version Control: Experience working in Devops model with CI/CD using tools like Git, Jenkins,.
- Testing: Experience with front-end testing frameworks like Jest, Mocha, or Cypress.
- Integration: Experience Creating Component and Integrating UI with AEM with other Adobe tools like Adobe Analytics and Adobe Campaign.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA
