Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic Inside Sales Executive to handle customer enquiries, generate leads, prepare quotations, and follow up with clients for corporate gifts, promotional products, printing and branding solutions.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming customer enquiries through phone, WhatsApp and email
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable products
- Prepare and send quotations and proposals
- Follow up with clients and convert enquiries into orders
- Maintain customer and enquiry records
- Coordinate with the production/design team for orders
- Follow up on pending payments and deliveries when required
- Develop new customer leads through calls, WhatsApp and online platforms




- Maintain regular follow-up with existing customers

Requirements
- Minimum 1 year experience in Sales / Inside Sales / Telecalling / Business Development
- Good English & Malayalam communication skills
- Valuable telephone and customer-handling skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, Email & WhatsApp Business.
