Position: Recruiter Executive

Location: Chennai - Thoraipakkam (Chennai One IT Sez Park)

Role Summary:

We are looking for dynamic and result-oriented Recruiters to join our Talent Acquisition team. The ideal candidate should have experience in BPO - BFSI hiring, bulk hiring or recruitment consulting and possess strong sourcing, screening, and stakeholder management skills. The role involves end-to-end recruitment activities to support business hiring requirements.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for BPO and customer support roles.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, social media, and referrals.
- Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.
- Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment trackers.
- Ensure timely closures against hiring targets and SLAs.
- Build strong candidate relationships and provide a positive candidate experience.
- Conduct bulk hiring drives, walk-ins, and campaigns.




- Negotiate salary and support offer rollout processes.
- Ensure accurate documentation and onboarding coordination.

Eligibility Criteria:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1-2 years of experience in recruitment, BFSI hiring, BPO hiring, or staffing consultancy.
- Experience in BFSI hiring and volume recruitment is preferred.
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using job portals and sourcing tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet hiring targets.

Preferred Skills:
- BPO Hiring Experience.
- Knowledge of Naukri, LinkedIn, and other sourcing platforms.
- Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
