About Happy Dentist

Happy Dentist is a modern clinic management software built specifically for dental practices in India.

We help dental clinics manage their appointments, patients, treatment plans, billing, payments, records, reports, staff and everyday clinic operations from one straightforward system.

We are an early-stage company and are looking for someone who wants to grow with us—not just take up a regular sales job.

About the Role

We are looking for a smart, communicative and highly motivated person who can work closely with dentists and dental clinics.

Your job will be to understand how dental clinics operate, learn Happy Dentist deeply, talk to new clinics, demonstrate the product, understand their requirements and help them successfully start using the system.

This role sits between Sales, Customer Success, Clinic Operations and Product.

A junior dentist / BDS graduate / dental professional who is interested in technology and business could be an excellent fit.

However, being a dentist is not mandatory. If you are a quick learner, communicate well,



understand customers and are willing to learn dental clinic workflows properly, we would still love to hear from you.

What You Will Do
- Talk with dentists, clinic owners and clinic staff.
- Understand how different dental clinics currently operate.
- Learn Happy Dentist and its features in detail.
- Explain and demonstrate the software to prospective clinics.
- Follow up with interested clinics and convert them into customers.
- Help new clinics set up and start using Happy Dentist.
- Train dentists, receptionists and other clinic staff when required.
- Maintain relationships with clinics after onboarding.
- Understand problems and requirements reported by clinics.
- Collect structured feedback from dentists and communicate it to the product team.
- Identify opportunities where Happy Dentist can improve clinic operations.
- Help us improve our sales and onboarding process as we grow.
