About the Role

We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic
Social Media Executive
to join our marketing team and help build a strong organic presence across social media platforms.

This role is ideal for someone who understands social media trends, enjoys creating content, has a good eye for what works online, and is eager to learn how brands grow through consistent and engaging organic content.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in managing the company's social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn and other relevant channels.
- Create and publish engaging
organic content
including posts, reels, stories, carousels and short-form videos.
- Assist in developing and maintaining a social media content calendar.
- Research trending topics, formats, sounds, hashtags and content ideas relevant to the brand.
- Write engaging captions, hooks, CTAs and basic social media copy.
- Coordinate with graphic designers,



video editors and other team members for content creation.
- Monitor comments, messages and audience interactions and ensure timely responses.
- Track basic social media metrics such as reach, engagement, views, followers and shares.
- Assist in preparing weekly/monthly social media performance reports.
- Stay updated with changing social media algorithms, trends and platform features.
- Conduct competitor and industry research to identify new organic content opportunities.
- Support campaigns, launches and brand initiatives through social media content.

What We're Looking For
- 1+ year of experience in social media, content creation, digital marketing or a related field.
- Strong understanding of Instagram and other major social media platforms.
- Valuable written communication and creative thinking.
- Ability to identify trends and convert them into relevant content ideas.
