Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily production operations & achieve targets
- Ensure GMP, FDA, WHO, ISO & EHS compliance
- Coordinate with QA, QC, Warehouse & Engineering
- Manage batch records, SOPs, validation & CAPA
- Lead and develop the production team
- Handle audits, safety & shop-floor operations
- Prepare production reports & monitor KPIs
