We are looking for a Merchandiser who is detail-oriented, organized, and has a strong grip on coordination and day-to-day apparel merchandising activities. The role involves coordinating with internal teams, factories, and vendors to ensure smooth execution of orders from purchase order creation through production and delivery.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with factories, vendors, and internal teams for day-to-day order execution.
- Create and manage Purchase Orders (POs) and ensure all order details are accurately recorded.
- Prepare and maintain T&A; (Time & Action) calendars and track key production milestones.
- Track production progress and follow up with factories to ensure timely completion.
- Visit factories when required to monitor production and resolve day-to-day issues.
- Provide daily updates on order and production status.
- Maintain and regularly update the daily work/status tracker.




- Ensure timely communication and follow-up on pending activities, approvals, and deliveries.
- Maintain proper documentation and records related to orders and production.

Requirements
- Valuable coordination and follow-up skills with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and timelines efficiently.
- Good working knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel and Word.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel/visit factories as required.
- Freshers are welcome to apply; prior experience in merchandising or a related field will be an added advantage.
