Position Purpose

To manage the complete Talent Acquisition lifecycle including manpower planning support, sourcing, recruitment, interview coordination, candidate evaluation, salary negotiation, offer rollout, appointment documentation, on boarding coordination, employee integration support, off boarding coordination, employer branding and candidate experience across Vidya Wires Limited.

The role shall ensure every selected candidate experiences a professional hiring process and every recent employee is operationally ready on Day One with all administrative arrangements completed before joining
