Role Description
The Duty Manager is a full-time, on-site role based at The Manohar Hyderabad in Hyderabad. This role oversees daily hotel operations across front office, guest services, and coordination with housekeeping and food & beverage teams to ensure smooth functioning and exceptional guest experiences.



The Duty Manager handles guest inquiries and complaints, manages room allocation and overbooking situations, monitors lobby and public areas, and ensures adherence to hotel policies and service standards. The role includes supervising and guiding team members on shift, coordinating with other departments for events and VIP arrivals, and maintaining accurate reports and handovers. The Duty Manager also supports safety and security procedures, responds to emergencies, and helps implement operational improvements and service initiatives.

Qualifications
- Strong hotel operations and front office management skills, including guest relations, check-in/check-out processes, and lobby supervision.
