Scholar Innovation is looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist who can plan, execute, monitor, and optimize paid digital marketing campaigns with a strong focus on lead generation, conversions, and ROI.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads, understand performance marketing funnels, and be comfortable working with campaign analytics and conversion tracking.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, and manage performance marketing campaigns across Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads.
- Develop strategies focused on qualified lead generation and conversions.
- Monitor and optimize campaigns based on CPL, CPC, CTR, CPA, conversion rate, and ROAS.
- Conduct audience research, competitor analysis, keyword research, and campaign segmentation.
- Create and execute A/B tests for ad creatives, copies, audiences, and landing pages.
- Manage remarketing and retargeting campaigns.
- Analyze campaign performance and identify opportunities for scaling and optimization.




- Track leads and conversions using Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), Meta Pixel, and other relevant tools.
- Prepare regular campaign performance reports with actionable insights.
- Coordinate with the content, creative, and sales teams to improve campaign performance and lead quality.
- Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, algorithms, and best practices in performance marketing.

Requirements
- 1–3 years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing / Digital Marketing.
- Solid practical knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
- Understanding of lead generation funnels and conversion optimization.
- Experience with GA4, GTM, Meta Pixel, and conversion tracking is preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to interpret campaign data and make data-driven decisions.
- Good communication and reporting skills.
- Experience in education, research, consulting, or lead-generation businesses
