Sales Executive – Full-Time

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and target-oriented Sales Executive to generate leads, acquire recent customers, promote company products/services, and drive sales through both telephonic and field sales activities.

Roles & Responsibilities
- Generate leads through telecalling, online platforms, references, and field visits.
- Contact potential customers and explain company products/services.
- Conduct field visits and face-to-face meetings with prospective customers.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
- Follow up with leads and convert prospects into customers.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Identify new business opportunities in the assigned area.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, and sales activities.
- Prepare daily and weekly sales reports.




- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth customer onboarding and service delivery.

Required Skills
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Strong convincing, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Comfortable with telecalling as well as field sales.
- Good interpersonal and customer-handling skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and field visits.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/Excel.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
