Job Summary: -Santacruz (East), Mumbai,

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible candidate to handle bank reconciliation, data validation, and financial data management. The candidate should have good knowledge of MS Excel, strong analytical skills, and good communication abilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform daily/weekly/monthly bank reconciliations and identify discrepancies.
- Match bank statements with accounting records and ensure all transactions are properly accounted for.
- Validate financial and operational data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
- Identify and resolve discrepancies, missing entries, duplicate transactions, and incorrect data.
- Maintain proper records and supporting documents for reconciliation.
- Prepare reconciliation reports and share them with the reporting manager.
- Coordinate with internal teams and banks whenever clarification is required.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned reconciliation and data-validation activities.
- Assist in preparing MIS and other Excel-based reports as required.




- Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of financial information.

Required Skills
- Positive working knowledge of MS Excel VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, filters, sorting, conditional formatting, etc.
- Strong data validation and analytical skills.
- Good understanding of bank reconciliation processes.
- Good attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to identify errors and discrepancies and take timely action.
- Good time-management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
- Willingness to learn current accounting software and systems.

Qualification & Experience
- Graduate in B.Com, M.Com, or a related field.
- Prior experience in bank reconciliation, accounting, finance, or data validation will be preferred.
- Freshers with strong Excel skills and a willingness to learn may also be considered.
