Role Description
The Operations Manager at ASG Eye Hospital in Rohtak - Haryana will oversee day-to-day hospital operations to ensure efficient, patient-centric service delivery. This full-time,



on-site role includes managing front office and administrative workflows, coordinating with clinical teams, and ensuring adherence to quality, safety, and regulatory standards. The Operations Manager will monitor operational performance, optimize processes, and support scheduling, resource allocation, and inventory management to maintain smooth functioning. The role also involves supervising non-clinical staff, handling escalations, enhancing patient experience, and implementing hospital policies and standard operating procedures. The Operations Manager will collaborate with leadership to support growth initiatives, drive continuous improvement, and contribute to training and development of team members.
