About Apro Store

Apro Store is an E-commerce Services and Digital Marketing company established in 2017. We manage Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, and other national & international e-commerce marketplaces.

Job Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day accounting and financial transactions.
- Maintain accurate accounting records in Tally/Tally Prime.
- Handle purchase, sales, receipts, payments, journal entries, and ledger maintenance.
- Manage GST compliance, GST reconciliation, and return-related activities.
- Handle TDS calculations, deductions, reconciliation, and documentation.
- Prepare and verify invoices, vouchers, debit notes, and credit notes.
- Perform regular bank, ledger, and account reconciliations.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Prepare monthly MIS and other accounting reports.
- Monitor outstanding payments and receivables.
- Assist with monthly and yearly closing activities.




- Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and other stakeholders when required.
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance with accounting procedures.
- Support management with financial data and accounting reports.

Requirements
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in Accounting & Finance.
- Strong knowledge of Tally/Tally Prime.
- Good understanding of GST, TDS, and taxation compliance.
- Proficiency in MS Excel.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and reconciliation.
- B.Com / M.Com or equivalent qualification preferred.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
