Role & responsibilities
- Ensure smooth operation of production equipment and utilities to meet manufacturing targets.
- Execute preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance activities to minimize downtime.
- Monitor equipment performance and implement improvements for reliability and efficiency.
- Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical, electrical, and utility-related issues.
- Coordinate with production teams to ensure uninterrupted plant operations.
- Maintain equipment, utilities, and infrastructure in safe and effective working condition.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, GMP, and statutory requirements.
- Support installation, commissioning, and modification of machinery and facilities.
- Manage maintenance records, spare parts, and vendor coordination activities.
- Drive TPM, 5S, Kaizen, energy conservation, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Preferred candidate profile
- DEEE / DICE Candidate with 4 years of experience in Production and Maintenance and VFD
