Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled MuleSoft Lead with strong expertise in both API development and production support. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience leading MuleSoft integration teams, managing critical incidents, supporting enterprise integrations, and driving end-to-end delivery using the MuleSoft Anypoint Platform. Experience in BAU support, L2/L3 production support, SLA management, and incident resolution is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of MuleSoft developers and support engineers.
- Design, develop, deploy, and support APIs using MuleSoft Anypoint Platform.
- Manage L2/L3 production support for enterprise integrations.
- Handle P1/P2/P3 incidents, service restoration, and escalation management.
- Conduct root cause analysis (RCA)



and implement preventive measures.
- Monitor integration performance and ensure SLA compliance.
- Lead major incident management (MIM), bridge calls, and stakeholder communication.
- Drive change requests, bug fixes, enhancements, and production releases.
- Perform code reviews, architecture reviews, and deployment governance.
- Coordinate with business, QA, infrastructure, and external vendor teams.
