Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion Project Portfolio Management (PPM) Functional Consultant with hands-on experience in end-to-end Oracle Cloud implementations, support, and enhancements. The consultant will be responsible for configuring Oracle Fusion PPM modules, gathering business requirements, driving solution design, and integrating PPM with Finance, Procurement, and HCM applications. The core Oracle Fusion PPM suite includes Project Costing, Billing, Contracts, Project Control, Resource Management, and Project Financial Management. [docs.oracle.com], [oracle.com]

Key Responsibilities
- Lead requirement gathering, fit-gap analysis, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment of Oracle Fusion PPM solutions.
- Configure and support:
- Project Foundation
- Project Costing
- Project Billing
- Project Contracts
- Project Control
- Project Financial Management
- Grants Management (preferred)
- Manage project setup,



project templates, project units, expenditure types, rate schedules, budgets, forecasts, and billing configurations.

- Support data migration using FBDI/ADFDI.
- Execute SIT, UAT, CRP, Go-Live, Hypercare, and post-production support activities.
- Prepare functional specifications, BRDs, FDDs, SOPs, and training materials.
- Collaborate with client stakeholders and technical teams to deliver scalable Oracle Cloud solutions.

Mandatory Skills
- 5+ years of Oracle ERP experience with strong expertise in Oracle Fusion PPM.
- Hands-on experience in:

- Project Financial Management
- Experience in at least one end-to-end Oracle Fusion PPM implement
