Position: Area Sales Manager (ASM)

Key Responsibilities
- Manage sales and business development activities across Rohtak and nearby areas.
- Lead, guide, and monitor the Field Sales Executive team.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Build relationships with doctors, hospitals, clinics, laboratories, and healthcare professionals.
- Generate recent business opportunities and expand the customer base.
- Conduct regular market visits and ensure proper territory coverage.
- Monitor team performance and provide coaching and support.
- Track competitor activities and market trends.
- Ensure regular follow-up with existing and potential clients.
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales reports and forecasts.




- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer-related issues.

Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the Diagnostic / Healthcare field.
- Strong experience in Diagnostic Sales preferred.
- Prior team-handling experience preferred.
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
- Good knowledge of the Rohtak healthcare/diagnostic market preferred.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
