Salary: 40000 to 50000 (based on experience)

Key Responsibilities

Bar Operations & Guest Experience Daily Management: Oversee all daily front-of-house and back-of-house bar operations, including opening and closing workflows.

Service Standards: Maintain exceptional hospitality standards, build strong customer rapport, and resolve guest complaints promptly.

Menu Engineering: Curate cutting-edge cocktail and beverage menus aligned with local trends and seasonal preferences to drive profitability.

Staff Leadership & TrainingTeam Management: Hire, onboard, train, and mentor bartenders, barbacks, and service crew on mixology, safety, and upselling techniques.

Scheduling: Design efficient shift rosters to ensure optimum staffing levels during peak hours while controlling labor costs.

Financial & Stock Control Inventory Management:



Conduct regular physical stock audits, track liquor variance, manage wastage, and control cost of goods sold (COGS).

Vendor Management: Coordinate with local distributors and supply chains to ensure timely procurement of inventory.

Compliance & Safety Legal Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to Uttar Pradesh excise laws, licensing protocols, and legal drinking age verifications.

Hygiene Standards: Enforce rigorous sanitation, food safety, and cleanliness regulations across all bar service and storage areas.

Candidate Profile

Qualifications & Experience Background: Proven track record with 5–10 years of progressive hospitality experience, specifically within premium bar or lounge setups.

Education: Degree or Diploma in Hotel Management, Hospitality, or a related culinary field is highly preferred.
