About the Role
- We are seeking a proactive, commercially minded Revenue Operations Executive to support new client acquisition and build a strong revenue engine across the US and domestic markets.
- You will partner with sales, marketing, and leadership to improve lead management, pipeline visibility, client onboarding, reporting, and growth execution.

Key Responsibilities
- Support new client acquisition across US and domestic markets through lead research, outreach coordination, qualification, and follow-up.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, including leads, opportunities, deal stages, contacts, and activity history.
- Monitor the sales pipeline, identify bottlenecks, and ensure timely follow-ups with prospects.
- Build and maintain reports on leads, conversions, revenue, sales performance, and market activity.
- Coordinate with marketing to track campaign performance, lead quality, and handover to sales.
- Support proposal preparation, client communications, sales collateral, and commercial documentation.




- Assist with client onboarding and ensure a smooth transition from closed deal to delivery or account management.
- Research target industries, accounts, competitors, and market opportunities in the US and India.
- Help improve revenue processes, CRM workflows, data quality, and operating rhythms.
- Track key revenue metrics and share actionable insights with leadership.

Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, business development, inside sales, or a related commercial role.
- Experience working with CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, or similar tools.
- Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills; comfort with reports, data cleanup, and sales tracking.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including qualified communication with US-based prospects and clients.
