Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and responsible Junior HR Executive to support day-to-day HR and administrative activities, particularly for project/site operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily staff attendance, leave and employee records.
- Coordinate with site teams for timely submission of attendance and HR-related data.
- Maintain and update employee personal files and documentation.
- Assist in joining, onboarding and induction of current employees.
- Coordinate collection of required documents from newly joined employees.
- Handle employee queries related to attendance, salary, leave and HR policies.
- Assist in payroll preparation, including attendance verification and salary-related inputs.
- Coordinate with Head Office regarding PF, ESI and other statutory matters.
- Maintain records related to PF, ESI,



labour compliance and employee documentation.
- Prepare HR reports, attendance summaries and other MIS as required.
- Assist in recruitment, interview coordination and follow-up with candidates.
- Support employee transfer, resignation, notice period and Full & Final Settlement formalities.
- Ensure proper communication of company HR policies and procedures to employees.
- Coordinate with site management and Head Office for smooth HR operations.
- Perform other HR and administrative duties assigned by the management.

Required Skills
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word and basic HR systems.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of attendance, payroll, PF and ESI.
- Ability to coordinate with multiple site teams.
- Good follow-up and documentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Willingness to travel to project sites, if required.
