About the Role

Pioneer Technologies is looking for a driven and result-oriented Assistant Manager – IT Sales to support our corporate and enterprise sales initiatives.

The ideal candidate should have experience in IT/technology sales, robust communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to generate new business, manage client relationships, and contribute towards achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through outbound sales, networking, LinkedIn, and other channels.
- Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
- Connect with corporate clients, decision-makers, and key stakeholders.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable IT solutions.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and solution discussions.




- Prepare proposals and coordinate with internal teams for solution delivery.
- Negotiate commercial terms and support deal closures.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
- Manage existing accounts and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Maintain accurate sales reports, CRM records, and pipeline updates.
- Support the Sales Manager in achieving individual and team revenue targets.
- Assist in guiding and coordinating junior sales team members when required.

What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
