We are looking for an IT Support Specialist to manage day-to-day IT operations, provide technical support to employees, maintain business applications, and coordinate with external IT vendors when required.

The ideal candidate should be a hands-on problem solver who can independently troubleshoot common IT issues and take ownership until resolution.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day technical support for employees and remote users.
- Manage Zoho Mail accounts, including account creation, password resets, user access, aliases, forwarding, and employee offboarding.
- Configure and troubleshoot Microsoft Outlook, including login, synchronization, profiles, credentials, and OST-related issues.
- Manage and support RingCentral, including user extensions, phone numbers, login, calling, headset, microphone, and audio issues.
- Monitor Zapier automations, review failed tasks, re-run failed workflows, troubleshoot authentication/data issues, and monitor task limits.
- Manage NAS/file storage, including shared folders, user permissions, network-drive mapping, storage monitoring,



and access troubleshooting.
- Support VPN and Remote Desktop (RDP) connectivity and perform basic network/DNS troubleshooting.
- Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding, including account and system access.
- Maintain IT documentation, support tickets, and daily operations records.
- Coordinate with external IT vendors for issues requiring server, network, or infrastructure-level support.
- Follow IT security practices, including identity verification, least-privilege access, credential confidentiality, and proper access removal.

Required Skills
- 1+ years of experience in IT Support, Helpdesk, or Technical Support.
- Solid troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Hands-on experience with Zoho Mail, Microsoft Outlook, RingCentral, Zapier, NAS, VPN, and RDP or similar systems.
