Mandatory Skills:
- Kore.AI platform experience
- LLM (Large Language Model) integration and implementation expertise
Required Qualifications:
- Hands-on experience with Kore.AI, including bot development, NLP configuration, and integrations.
- Solid working knowledge of LLM models, such as GPT, Claude, or similar including fine-tuning, prompt engineering, and use in conversational AI workflows.
- Proficiency in Java and Spring Boot is a plus.
- Familiarity with AWS services (e.g., Lambda, S3, API Gateway, Bedrock, SageMaker) is a plus.
