Job Summary

Experienced Business Development Manager with approximately 5 years of B2B business development,

client acquisition, relationship management, and revenue-generation experience, preferably in IT/software

services.

Key Responsibilities

● Identify and develop new business opportunities.

● Generate and qualify leads through calls, email, networking, referrals, LinkedIn, and other channels.

● Build and maintain prospective and existing client relationships.

● Understand client requirements and position appropriate technology solutions.

● Conduct presentations, solution discussions, and demonstrations.

● Prepare proposals, quotations, presentations, and commercial documents.

● Manage the complete sales cycle through negotiation and closure.

● Negotiate commercial terms and achieve revenue targets.

● Maintain sales pipeline and management reports.

● Conduct market, customer, and competitor research.





● Coordinate with technical, product, and delivery teams for handover.

● Identify account expansion and upselling opportunities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

● Approximately 5 years of Business Development/Sales experience.

● Proven lead generation, acquisition, negotiation, and closing skills.

● B2B sales experience; IT/software services preferred.

● Excellent communication and presentation skills.

● Strong understanding of software development services.

● CRM and sales pipeline management experience.

● Target-oriented and commercially aware.

Ideal Candidate

Strong communication, ownership, target orientation, qualified conduct, and relationship-management

ability.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
