Role: Scrum Master
Location: Mexico & Canada (Remote)

We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master who can lead Agile teams, drive delivery excellence, remove impediments, and build a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.

What We’re Looking For
Hands-on experience with software development and a strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
Experience working with distributed production systems and distributed teams
Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies including Scrum, Kanban, XP
Understanding of backlogs, user stories, velocity, burndown metrics, sprint planning, and delivery tracking
Demonstrated experience in Scrum Management
Strong negotiation, mediation, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
Experience working through the complete SDLC, from design through release
Knowledge of Risk Management, SLA/KPI reporting, and delivery metrics
Experience working with complex software development environments; Java backend experience is an advantage




Solid understanding of Agile-based products and engineering practices
Ability to identify root causes and drive long-term solutions
Excellent communication, collaboration, and teamwork skills
Experience working with US-based customers and distributed teams
Passion for engineering, innovation, and continuous improvement
Key Responsibilities

Manage 1–2 Agile teams with approximately 12–15 members
Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Retrospectives, SoS, and other Agile sessions
Actively participate in backlog refinement/grooming sessions
Establish clear and effective communication across all team members
Maintain proactive communication with US-based customers
Track and report delivery status, SLA/KPI metrics, risks, and issues
Escalate critical issues to the Project Manager and customer counterparts
Identify and resolve impediments that impact team delivery
