Role Description

This is a full time, on-site Business Development Associate role based in Bengaluru. The Business Development Associate will identify and qualify recent business opportunities, build strong relationships with parents.



Daily responsibilities include connecting with parents via outbound/inbound calls, WhatsApp, emails, and video meetings to explain BrightChamps programs. Understand the child’s current learning level and recommend the right courses and learning paths. Convert qualified leads into enrolments by handling objections and clearly communicating value and outcomes. Maintain follow-up rigor using CRM tools and ensure timely updates on lead status and conversions. Achieve weekly and monthly revenue, conversion, and call productivity targets in a performance-driven environment. Collaborate with operations and academic teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for enrolled students.

Qualifications

● Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in any discipline.

● Freshers with excellent communication may also be considered.

● Excellent spoken and written English, with the ability to communicate confidently with

ROW parents.
