Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and achieve daily production targets.
- Set up and optimize injection moulding process parameters.
- Troubleshoot moulding defects and machine issues.
- Handle mould changeovers and process validation.
- Ensure product quality and reduce rejection.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality, Maintenance & PPC teams.
- Implement 5S, Kaizen, Poka-Yoke and safety practices.
- Maintain production reports and process documentation.
Required Skills:
- Experience in Injection Moulding Process.
- Knowledge of Plastic Raw Materials (PP, PE, ABS, PC, etc.).
- Process troubleshooting and cycle time reduction.
- Knowledge of OEE, 5S, Quality Tools and Lean Manufacturing.
- Solid manpower handling and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Industry: Medical Devices, Automotive, Plastics Manufacturing.
