About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Financial Analyst to join our finance team. This role is ideal for someone with 1–3 years of experience who has a strong foundation in accounting and financial analysis and is eager to grow in a fast-paced environment.

As a Financial Analyst, you will support the Financial Controller in managing financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and day-to-day accounting activities. You should be comfortable working with financial data, maintaining accuracy, and providing insights that support business decisions.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Analyze financial data and prepare management reports, including:
- Profit & Loss Statement
- Balance Sheet
- Cash Flow Statement
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.




- Perform bank, vendor, and account reconciliations.
- Support accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger activities.
- Maintain accurate financial records and supporting schedules.
- Work with QuickBooks to record transactions and generate financial reports.
- Assist with audit preparation, tax documentation, and statutory compliance.
- Monitor financial performance and identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Collaborate with the Financial Controller to improve financial processes, reporting, and internal controls.
- Prepare ad hoc financial analyses and business reports as required.

Required Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in accounting, finance, or financial analysis.
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com), Finance, Accounting, or a related field. M.Com is a plus.
- Positive understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
