Key Responsibilities:
Finance & Accounting (~60%)
- Core Bookkeeping: Maintain accurate, timely data entry in Tally / Zoho Books.
- Payables & Receivables: Handle vendor payment runs, statement reconciliations, invoicing, and active collection follow-ups.
- Negotiations & Recovery: Confidently contact clients and customers via phone/email to negotiate payment terms, settle accounts, and recover outstanding funds.
- Specialized Documentation:
Assist healthcare clients with medical device finance documentation and approval workflows.
- MIS & Expense Tracking: Track day-to-day business expenses and compile regular basic MIS reports.
- Taxation & Audit Support: Assist senior leadership with GST filings, TDS processing, and year-end audit preparation (assisting role, not ownership).
Operations & Administration (~40%)
- Field & Sales Support: Serve as the central point of contact for field and sales executives, assisting with operational needs and processing their expense reimbursements.
- Vendor Onboarding: Manage vendor communications, documentation, and onboarding paperwork.
- Petty Cash & Logistics: Oversee petty cash registers and coordinate end-to-end travel logistics and reimbursements.
- Compliance & Records: Maintain audit-ready document systems, tracking license validity, renewals, and compliance calendars.
