As an E-Commerce Growth Manager at Fitistan, you'll be responsible for driving online sales, revenue growth, customer acquisition, and overall performance of our e-commerce business. You will manage and optimize our e-commerce channels, develop growth strategies, analyze customer and sales data, and work closely with the marketing, product, creative, and operations teams. Experience in the apparel, fashion, D2C, or consumer products industry will be highly preferred.

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute e-commerce growth strategies to achieve sales, revenue, and profitability targets.
- Manage and optimize e-commerce platforms, marketplaces, and D2C channels.
- Drive customer acquisition, conversion, repeat purchases, and average order value (AOV).
- Plan and execute promotional campaigns, product launches, offers, and seasonal sales.
- Analyze sales, customer, product, and website/app performance to identify growth opportunities.
- Monitor key metrics such as GMV, revenue, conversion rate, AOV, CAC, ROAS, retention, and repeat purchase rate.




- Work closely with the marketing team on Meta Ads, Google Ads, influencer marketing, and other customer acquisition initiatives.
- Coordinate with the creative team to develop high-performing product creatives, banners, landing pages, and promotional content.
- Manage product listings, pricing, product visibility, descriptions, images, and inventory coordination.
- Conduct competitor research covering pricing, products, offers, promotions, positioning, and customer experience.
- Identify trends and customer preferences in the apparel and D2C market and recommend current growth opportunities.
- Work closely with the supply chain and operations teams to ensure product availability and smooth order fulfilment.
- Monitor customer feedback, reviews, returns, cancellations, and identify areas for improving customer experience.
- Conduct A/B testing and continuously optimize the online shopping journey and conversion funnel
