Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales plans for the assigned territory to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
- Identify and generate new business opportunities across hospitals, clinics, diagnostic centres, nursing homes, and healthcare institutions.
- Meet doctors, surgeons, hospital administrators, procurement teams, biomedical engineers, and other key decision-makers.
- Promote and effectively communicate the features, applications, clinical benefits, and value proposition of medical devices and equipment.
- Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, trials, and clinical evaluations whenever required.
- Develop and maintain solid long-term relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Generate leads through field visits, referrals, networking, cold calling, and other business-development activities.
- Follow up on enquiries, quotations, proposals, and tenders and convert qualified leads into orders.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products or solutions.
- Coordinate with distributors/channel partners for sales,



stock availability, order processing, and market coverage.
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing, market trends, and customer requirements and provide market intelligence to management.
- Coordinate with service, application, logistics, and technical teams for installation, training, product delivery, and customer support.
- Provide appropriate post-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of customer visits, opportunities, sales pipeline, orders, and follow-ups in CRM/company systems.
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, territory plans, and performance updates.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, ethical sales practices, and applicable medical-device requirements.
