Role Description
The Site Engineer at Wise Tribes will oversee day-to-day site activities, ensuring work is executed according to design specifications, safety standards, and quality requirements. Responsibilities include supervising contractors and workers on site, coordinating with project managers and design teams, and monitoring progress against project timelines. The role involves conducting inspections, maintaining records of materials and workmanship, resolving site issues,



and ensuring that structural and civil engineering plans are correctly implemented. The Site Engineer will also liaise with clients, consultants, and local authorities when required and prepare regular reports on site status and compliance. This is a full-time, in office role based in Pune City.

Qualifications
- Strong on-site supervision skills, with experience managing daily construction or infrastructure activities.
- Effective communication skills for coordinating with project teams, contractors, clients, and stakeholders.
- Knowledge of quality control processes, including site inspections, documentation, and adherence to standards.
- Foundational understanding of structural engineering principles and their application in field conditions.
- Background in civil engineering; degree or diploma in Civil Engineering or related discipline preferred.
