Role Description
The AI Lead Engineer is a full-time, in office role based in Hyderabad, responsible for leading the design, development, and deployment of AI-driven systems and products. Day-to-day work includes architecting machine learning and deep learning solutions, implementing and optimizing models, and integrating them into production-grade software applications. The role involves collaborating closely with product managers, engineers,



and clients to translate business requirements into technical designs, conduct feasibility assessments, and define AI roadmaps. The AI Lead Engineer will mentor junior engineers, establish best practices for AI development, and oversee model evaluation, performance tuning, and monitoring in production environments. This role also includes staying current with emerging AI techniques, conducting technical reviews, and contributing to internal tools and frameworks that accelerate AI delivery.

Qualifications
- Strong foundations in Computer Science, including data structures, algorithms, and software architecture.
- Expertise in Neural Networks and Pattern Recognition, with experience designing, training, and deploying deep learning models.
- Hands-on experience in Software Development, including building, testing, and maintaining production-quality code and APIs.
