We're hiring Pre-Sales Executives to handle inbound buyer enquiries across our real estate micromarkets. If you're a confident communicator who can quickly build rapport over the phone and loves the energy of a target-driven sales floor, this role is for you.

What you'll do:
- Call every new inbound buyer lead promptly and understand their budget, preferred location, and purchase timeline
- Qualify genuine buyers and schedule them for site visits
- Log every call outcome accurately in our CRM
- Follow up diligently on leads that need a callback, instead of letting them go cold
- Hit weekly visit-scheduling targets as part of a supportive team

What we're looking for:




- Excellent spoken English and Hindi (additional regional language a plus)
- Strong communication skills and a confident phone presence
- 0–3 years experience (freshers with the right attitude welcome)
- Comfortable with CRM tools and disciplined about daily reporting
- Real estate experience is a plus, not a requirement — we'll train you
