Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Sr. OPEX Engineer – HR Excellence to manage PMS, KRA, employee performance, induction, training, and HR Excellence initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage PMS & KRA implementation across departments.
- Lead HR Excellence projects and improvement initiatives.
- Support goal setting, KRA tracking and performance reviews.
- Conduct employee induction and onboarding programs.
- Coordinate with department heads for performance alignment.
- Maintain PMS, KRA, induction and training records.
- Support OPEX / Continuous Improvement projects.

Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of PMS & KRA systems.
- Experience in HR Excellence / Performance Management.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Good coordination and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical and process-oriented approach.




- Hands-on knowledge of MS Office.

Preferred Certifications

TPM | Lean Six Sigma | 5S | SPS | Lead Auditor | Internal Auditor

Preferred Candidate
- 8–10 years of relevant experience in OPEX / Operational Excellence / HR Excellence / PMS / KRA.
- Engineering background preferred.
- Experience working with multiple departments and department heads.
- Candidates with OPEX + HR Excellence / PMS experience will be preferred.

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
