Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and target-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) and Business Development Trainee (Freshers Welcome) to lead marketing initiatives, institutional outreach, and revenue growth activities at Skill Power Academy, Konni. This is a field-oriented role requiring college visits, relationship building, and active campaign execution to promote technology-driven and skill-based education programs.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and approach colleges, institutions, and organizations for strategic partnerships
- Conduct presentations, seminars, and promotional meetings
- Promote skill development and technology-based training programs
- Plan and execute creative marketing campaigns (offline and digital support)
- Generate leads and convert them into admissions
- Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets
- Maintain a database of institutional contacts and follow-ups
- Provide market feedback, competitor insights, and new growth opportunities

Eligibility Criteria

Business Development Manager:
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, marketing,



or business development
- Proven track record of achieving targets preferred
- Strong networking, negotiation, and closing skills

Business Development Trainee:
- Fresh graduates can apply
- BBA, MBA, B.Tech, M.Tech, BSc, MSc or Marketing background preferred
- Strong communication skills and willingness to learn
