Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Regional Manager to manage business growth and sales operations across the assigned region. The role involves achieving business targets, expanding the distribution network, managing sales teams, developing key relationships, and ensuring compliance with company and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Own and achieve the overall business and revenue targets for the assigned region.
- Develop and execute regional business plans to drive sustainable growth.
- Manage and monitor sales performance across branches, territories, and distribution channels.
- Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing regional sales team.
- Set clear targets and KPIs for Branch Managers, Sales Managers, and other team members.
- Identify new markets and opportunities to increase customer acquisition and market share.
- Expand and strengthen the agency, broker, bancassurance, and other distribution networks.
- Recruit, onboard, train, and retain sales and distribution personnel.




- Drive productivity and performance improvement across the region.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, agents, brokers, and strategic partners.
- Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer needs and recommend appropriate business strategies.
- Drive initiatives for recent business, renewals, customer retention, and persistency.
- Ensure effective implementation of sales campaigns, product launches, and promotional initiatives.
- Review branch and channel performance regularly and implement corrective action plans.
- Ensure adherence to insurance regulations, company policies, compliance requirements, and ethical sales practices.
- Monitor business quality and minimize complaints, mis-selling, and operational risks.
- Coordinate with underwriting, claims, operations, finance, HR, and other departments to resolve business issues.
- Conduct regular market and branch visits to strengthen field-level execution.
