About the Role

Circle Health is looking for a hands-on
Sales & Marketing Associate

to support its growing commercial operations. The role will work closely with the Sales and Marketing teams and provide execution support across prospect engagement, product demonstrations, sales collateral, partner initiatives and industry events.

The ideal candidate has approximately 5 years of experience in B2B healthtech, digital healthcare, healthcare startups or other quick-growing organizations, and is comfortable working across multiple sales and marketing activities in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Prospect Support
- Conduct Circle Health solution demos for prospective customers and partners
- Support prospect engagement following initial sales conversations, including follow-ups, meeting coordination and sharing relevant information/materials
- Track prospects and opportunities and co-ordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure follow-up actions are completed on time
- Maintain accurate prospect and opportunity information in the CRM

Collateral Coordination




- Work with the Marketing team to coordinate development and updating of pitch decks, brochures, one-pagers, case studies, program information and other sales

- Ensure the sales team has access to current and relevant materials for prospect conversations
- Coordinate inputs from Sales, Operations and other internal stakeholders for customer-facing materials

Partner Coordination
- Provide day-to-day coordination support for Circle Health's channel and strategic partners
- Follow up on agreed actions arising from partner discussions
- Coordinate sharing of presentations, collateral, program information and other materials with partners
- Support partner-led prospecting and co-selling initiatives
- Maintain visibility into partner opportunities, meetings, follow-ups and next steps

Event & Conference Support
- Provide offshore operational support for US conferences, trade shows, webi
