Job Description

Should have more than 5 years experience in the construction industry. Conversant with MS Projects and other MS office software. Develop monthly look ahead project plans regarding quantity progress, billing, cost and cash flow. Should have project expertise at site level in schedule development, monitoring and controlling. Should possess strong Communication and presentation skills with attention to detail.

4 years Full-time 1st Class - BE / B. Tech - Civil / Mechanical from AICTE/UGC approved university or 3 years Full time First- Class Diploma in Civil Engineering from Directorate of Technical Education / State Board of Technical Education.



1st class throughout academics is mandatory.

Openings are for current requirement in Rural Water Supply Projects in Uttar Pradesh. The posting location is tentative and is at the discretion of the employer at any stage of recruitment or later.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Should be based at the project site with similar business/ project expertise at site level.
- Develop monthly look ahead plan for project (quantity progress, billing, cost and cash flow).
- Expertise in schedule development, monitoring and controlling using primavera, MS-Project, MS Office and CPMS
- Establishing the baseline schedule of all the contractors
- Based on the project scope of work develops look ahead reports/ monthly updating and maintaining EPCC schedule and prepare delay analysis.
