Built as a Chrome extension and dashboard for WhatsApp Web, Syncdo helps businesses organize leads and deals, manage pipeline stages, and make sure follow-ups don't slip through the cracks. Its AI capabilities analyze customer conversations, identify customer needs, and help draft replies in the user's tone, alongside templates and customizable fields.
Syncdo is built by an operator with hands-on experience running multiple WhatsApp-based businesses, so the product is designed around how small businesses actually sell—not how traditional CRM software assumes they sell.
Syncdo is currently transitioning from beta to its next stage of growth, and we're looking for an early sales team member who can help us build the sales process from the ground up.
The Role
We're looking for a
Sales Development Representative (SDR)
to join Syncdo full-time and take ownership of the early sales process—from identifying prospects and starting conversations to qualifying leads and conducting product demos.
This is an early-stage role with significant ownership. You'll work closely with the founder and have direct exposure to customers, which means you'll play an significant role not only in generating sales but also in helping us understand what customers need and how Syncdo should evolve.
You'll primarily focus on outbound prospecting and lead generation, but you'll also conduct product demos independently when the founder is unavailable.
The ideal person is comfortable speaking with business owners, curious about how they operate, confident enough to run a conversation without a script, and excited by the idea of building something rather than simply following an established sales playbook.
