Job Title : Product Manager Investment Research & Analysis

Role Overview
- We are seeking a highly analytical and research-oriented Product Manager - Investment Research & Analysis to strengthen our Product Development team.
- The role will focus on conducting in-depth research across investment products, developing proprietary research frameworks, analysing investment opportunities, and supporting product strategy through data-driven insights.
- The individual will play a key role in identifying best-in-class investment solutions across asset classes and building institutional-quality research to support investment recommendations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Investment Product Research & Analysis
- Conduct comprehensive qualitative and quantitative research across Mutual Funds, PMS, AIFs, Fixed Income products, ETFs, Structured Products and other investment solutions.
- Evaluate investment products based on portfolio quality, investment philosophy, risk-adjusted returns, portfolio construction, consistency of performance, portfolio concentration, valuation metrics and downside risk.




- Develop and continuously enhance proprietary product evaluation frameworks, scorecards and investment selection methodologies.
- Perform comparative analysis of competing investment products and recommend suitable investment solutions based on different investor objectives and risk profiles.
- Monitor portfolio changes, fund manager commentary, investment strategy shifts and regulatory developments impacting investment products.
- Conduct due diligence on current investment products and prepare detailed research notes and product recommendation reports.
- Track product performance and identify opportunities for product enhancements and new investment offerings.

2. Market Research & Analysis
- Track macroeconomic developments, monetary and fiscal policy, interest rate cycles, inflation trends and global economic developments.
