Key Responsibilities
- Maintain Fixed Asset
- Register (FAR) end-to-end
- Capitalization of assets with proper documentation
- CWIP tracking and capitalization review
- Asset tagging and physical verification coordination
- Depreciation calculation as per Companies Act & IT Act
- Asset disposal / sale / write-off accounting
- Reconciliation of FAR with GL
- Support audit schedules for fixed assets
- Capex tracking vs approved budgets
- Ensure proper capitalization of project costs
Qualification & Experience
- CA/ M.Com / CA Inter
- 5-8 years experience in fixed assets accounting
- Knowledge of capitalization & depreciation
- Experience in SAP asset module
