Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative Field Videographer and Editor to turn raw footage into clear, engaging videos for social media, YouTube, and marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

· Travel to field sites and events; shoot footage, Interviews, Reels, Shorts, and behind-the-scenes content.

· Conduct empathetic on-camera interviews with beneficiaries; turn raw reports into visual stories.

· Add audio, background music, sound effects, and voiceovers.

· Insert text, captions, logos, and simple visual effects.

· Do basic colour correction and fix audio levels.

· Format and export videos for different platforms (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, etc.).

· Work with the marketing team to make changes based on feedback.

Requirements

· Proven experience as a video editor (portfolio or video reel required).

· Hands-on skills in camera operation, lighting, audio setup, and video/photo editing tools.

· Good knowledge of editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or Final Cut Pro).

· Robust sense of pacing, storytelling, and visual timing.





· Good time management to meet project deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Film Studies, Visual Communication, Multimedia, or a related field (or equivalent hands-on portfolio experience).
- Familiarity with 2D/3D motion graphics, typography animation, and VFX.
- Knowledge of platform-specific content trends (social media hooks, retention tactics, viral editing styles).
- Basic camera operation, lighting, or audio recording knowledge.
