Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and service-oriented Barista to join our Food & Beverage team. The Barista will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality coffee, tea, and other beverages while maintaining excellent guest service, hygiene, and cleanliness standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve coffee, tea, cold beverages, and other café products as per hotel standards.
- Operate and maintain coffee machines, grinders, blenders, and other beverage equipment.
- Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, temperature, and portion control.
- Take guest orders accurately and provide prompt and courteous service.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic coffee counter and work area.
- Follow standard recipes, SOPs, food safety, and hygiene guidelines.
- Check the quality and freshness of coffee beans, milk, syrups, and other ingredients.
- Monitor stock levels and inform the supervisor about replenishment requirements.
- Handle guest requests, feedback, and complaints professionally.
- Maintain proper billing and cash-handling procedures, if applicable.




- Coordinate with the kitchen and F&B; team to ensure smooth service.
- Assist in setting up and closing the café/restaurant as required.
- Follow hotel grooming, safety, and service standards at all times.

Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum 12th pass / Diploma in Hospitality or related field preferred.
- Previous experience as a Barista in a hotel, café, restaurant, or hospitality environment is preferred.
- Good knowledge of espresso-based beverages and coffee preparation techniques.
- Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-service-oriented and pleasant personality.
- Ability to work under pressure in a quick-paced environment.
- Good grooming and professional appearance.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays.
