Your work profile
- We are looking for an experienced Senior Database Administrator (DBA) to manage and optimize large-scale enterprise database environments. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in open-source database technologies, performance tuning, high availability architectures, security, and cloud/on-premises infrastructure management.
- The role involves managing mission-critical database platforms, ensuring high availability, performance optimization, disaster recovery,



security compliance, and supporting large-scale citizen-facing and digital governance platforms.

Key skills required:
- Minimum 10-12 years of experience managing large-scale enterprise database environments.
- Experience working on Government, Public Sector, or large-scale enterprise projects is preferred.
- Expertise in open-source database technologies, database administration, performance optimization, backup and recovery, security, and infrastructure management.
- Experience supporting high-volume citizen-facing applications, digital governance platforms, or enterprise data platforms.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver in quick-paced environments

Technical Skills:
- Database Technologies: Strong hands-on experience with: PostgreSQL, MySQL/MariaDB, MongoDB, Redis, Cassandra/ClickHouse (preferred)
