We are looking for a dynamic, target-oriented, and customer-focused CRM Executive who can effectively handle customer enquiries, follow-ups, and convert enquiries into sales.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer enquiries and convert enquiries/leads into successful sales through effective follow-up and communication.
- Follow up with existing and potential customers to understand their requirements and generate sales opportunities.
- Maintain and regularly update customer and sales data in the CRM system.
- Coordinate with the Sales team for leads, enquiries, quotations, orders, and customer requirements.
- Track sales leads, enquiries, quotations, orders, and pending follow-ups.




- Make regular follow-up calls to customers and ensure timely closure of enquiries.
- Identify potential customers and generate repeat business through relationship management.
- Coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer queries and ensure smooth order processing.
- Maintain strong and professional relationships with customers.
- Prepare daily/weekly sales and CRM reports.
- Achieve assigned sales and conversion targets.

Candidate Profile
- Minimum 1 year of experience in CRM, Sales Coordination, Telecalling, Customer Support, or a similar sales-related role.
- Proven ability to convert customer enquiries into sales.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Robust follow-up, convincing, and negotiation skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM software.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated with a positive attitude.
- Ability to work independently as well as with a team.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
