Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage daily production operations to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, procurement, and quality control to resolve issues and improve processes.
- Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance productivity.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, industry standards, and company policies.
Job Requirements :
- 5-12 years of experience in electrical equipment manufacturing or a related field.
- Robust knowledge of MCB (Motor Control Centre Board), MCCB (Molded Case Circuit Breaker), isolators, VCB (Vacuum Circuit Breaker), switchgear systems.
- Experience working on LV/MV panels and their components such as cables, connectors etc.
